Property price changes Donabate

Hi

Does anyone have any anecdotal references to property price changes in Donabate over the years? Like the price of your average 3 of 4 bed semi in 2006 versus 2012 for example. Looking at buying in the area and just trying to get a feel of property value and how it compares to some of the significant times pre and post recession.

Mid terrace 3 bed in Beverton meadows was €320,000 in 07/08. New Semple woods development 3 bed mid terrace is €370,000 approx.

Any idea what those Beverton houses were going for at the bottom of the recession?
