I just noticed the Planning Permission sign on Smyth's Pub this morning. Permission sought for 'entire demolition' -whatever that means- and for permission to construct a two story mixed use development featuring apartments and a café. Possibly Starbuks?

Starbucks was the give away. If you had said a hairdresser and bookies we would have believed you.
