Unfortunately, when you have two such disreputable groups involved, i.e. Insurance companies (legalised fraudsters) and local councillors ( generally unfit to even run a stall at a Sunday market and I speak with 32 years of working in local government) its no surprise that this has not been sorted!!!
Are there elections next May time?
