Pilates in the Donabate Portrane Leisure Centre every Wednesday evening from 8.30pm - 9.30pm
Monday and Wednesday morning class also at 10.30am
Both the morning and evening classes are suitable but just let whoever is instructing know that you are pregnant so they can adapt the routine for you.
Class are only 8.00 and pay as you go
