On Thursday I was in supervalu carpark, I saw something that shocked me. Two lads (around the age of 16) were smoking illegal substances out in the open, with no shame.

We cant let this horseplay continue any longer, boys like this have influence on our younger generations. We need to put a stop to this.

Similar to my post (Wednesday 10th Aug) regarding open drug use and dealing on a Tuesday afternoon on the Green by Chapel View/St. Patrick's Terrace.

It may "just be cannabis" but it what using this and dealing it can and does lead too.
You know it’s cold outside when you go outside and it’s cold.

"can and does lead to". The notion of gateway drugs has been questioned legitimately for years. The falling crime rates in many US cities and states that have legalized cannabis goes to show that it is not necessarily a downward spiral, destined to occur. The decriminalization of drugs in Portugal led to a precipitous drop in drug deaths.
