I went from having a guy quote me over €1200 to strip back and replace felt and lead in 3 points, luckily for me he never showed up and I got Alans number, cost me €120, done the felt patches and told me the guy quoting to replace the lead was a chancer, even stuck my chimney cowl up while he was up there. Just happened to be looking at a neighbours house last week and called in to make sure I was still happy 11 months later
