ATM In village

Anyone else had issues with ATM in the village (outside SuperValu). Made two attempts to withdraw cash at weekend and got message saying transaction declined by issuing bank (even though funds were there). In checking online banking later both transactions had been processed and deducted from my balance. On contacting back was told not their ATM, not their problem. Lot of hassle, had to wait for bank to correspond with ATM provider, and eventually money refunded. Luckily I requested and kept the ATM advice slips, without those don't know if that would be the case.

There's always been issues with that ATM. For a while the 7 on the keypad wouldn't work. I always use the one inside.

It used to be an AIB machine but is managed by an independent provider now I think which may impact service
