Vodafone internet

Does anybody here use vodafone as internet provider?
Ours is gone since yesterday afternoon... They dont pick up calls... Makes working from home impossible..

Yeah, they had a national level outage yesterday 4 or 5 hours. Mine came back last night. As far as I know they pushed some sort of update to routers so maybe power the box down and up again to restart it.

According to the downdetector app, others are also still down since yesterday. Customer care is crap at the best of times.

Had the same issue yesterday, returned around 7.30 last night.
Best bet is to go to Twitter if you have an account and ask them on a public forum - very quick to respond then.

just from personal experience (hell) .
We moved to Vodafone in June, they never sent a router, after 2 months of frustration and twitter announcements of it, we got out of the contract and back to prev provider.
All they do is get you to PM them, and its all nice and chatty, but nothing ever got resolved. (5 times)
BS lines of "sending it out with a courier" (3 times), "an engineer is coming out this week" (2 times) "can we go into the shop and ask for one" (vodafone shops dont have them on site)
their mobile service is good, but wouldnt go near them again for BB based on customer service.
