We are due to move into one of the new houses in The Paddocks, so just wondering if anyone else is on here yet

My husband was in Donabate today and spoke with the builders. They are now saying end of Feb/start of March completion.

Haven't heard anything about when the 2nd phase is due. Did the estate agent give you any idea?

Drove by this development today.. The houses look beautiful. Does anyone know if the current homes under construction are all sold? Any news on a second phase?

When my husband spoke to the builder last week the only remaining house in the first phase was the 5 bed house, number 5. I think they are allowing people to reserve from the second phase if you contact the estate agent, Gallagher guigley.

That's great all hands were on deck today I thought with the storm it might delay us.

Re the wardrobes nothing was outlined in the specifications but they confirmed built in wardrobes are included in each bedroom. We just need to now sort the floors. We thought from the viewings we were told we could arrange with the builders but they apparently don't do them we need to arrange ourselves?

Yep, we need to arrange the flooring (except bathrooms) and lighting (pendants) ourselves. Top Floors in Donabate have done some of them in our estate so far.

Hey, we moved into the paddocks before Christmas. We got Kevin from top class floors in Donabate to do our floors and carpet. He was brilliant, I can highly recommend him

Hey there

Does everyone have the lighting plan? We just got it, so let me know if you need it. It's very useful for understanding where you will need pendants and where there are wall lights and inset LEDs.

And don't worry about how the kitchen looks. We checked with the builder (Andy) and he confirmed this is an old layout and the kitchen will be exactly as it is in the showhouse.
