We were looking at the Paddocks as well...agent at recent showing said that you can do an attic conversion but not sure if anyone has already done so.

Hey everyone

Has anyone been hooked up to broadband that isn't Virgin? We've tried Eir and Vodafone and so far they are saying there's no service at our Eircode.

Thanks.

Ah ok, shame we've no choice but at least we have something! Sounds like a good deal too. Thanks :)

I'm just wondering how the water system works with a pump .. Is there anyone who could DM me or let me know here how cold water pressure is downstairs if decided to switch off additional circulating pump?

Has anybody faced any delays in terms of Fingal county council documents being submitted?

Hey newguy29

I hear that Sky is available here, though we haven't gone for it.

Hi everyone

Is anyone interested in a WhatsApp group for the neighbours? If you are, let me know on private message with your number and I'll set one up. I've been on them before and it's handy for things like - borrowing tools, notifying about water outages, finding out about how things work, organising neighbourhood help during Covid, etc.

Can anyone tell has work restarted on Phase 2 yet? I was out there 2 weeks ago and site didn’t look open? Cheers

I talked to the agent recently and they said the builders were being on a holiday so things have been a bit slow at the site. They said their target completion date is still end of Mar/Apr though (I am not holding my breath by the way)!

There is work going on for Phase 2. Builders holidays was for 2 weeks but that's over since last week.

We'll be watching along as my kids are enjoying seeing the diggers work :) It's in everyone's interest to finish as soon as they can so they should go at a good pace, I'd say.

Place is looking good so far.. Am looking forward to seeing the Jane McCorkell planting being finished off in the next row as it looks very well between first few houses.

Has anyone heard when they are putting the shrubs/hedging under the windows of the remaining houses 5-16?

As far as I'm aware they arent planting scrubs you have to do your own that's what I was told

Hence I've done my own🌻

There's a possibility that they will but no plans right now, so we will plant our own when we get some time.

I was going by the brochure. I think the development looks really well so far. In the brochure it has that planting will be by the famous landscaper Jane so I figured that couldn't mean just the first 4houses 😊
