Not relative to Donabate, but another example of bad planning...

Very high density 10km away from the city. High density makes sense in city centres or close to places of work.

Why is this bad planning? How close does it have to be to the city centre before apartments are justified? It is a on the Dart line, it's within cycling distance of the centre, certainly for those with e-bikes.

Because there's nothing in Clongriffin but high density housing.

And yes, it's on the dart line but that's already at capacity.

Cycling - that's 10km each way. And only suitable for those able & willing to cycle.
