Close run thing but our own Alan Farrell beat out fellow FG compo claimant Maria Bailey to top the list of TDs having to refund invalid expense claims.

Wasn’t he in the news about an insurance claim he put in?
What exactly did he do for a living before becoming a politician? What qualifications does he have?

He doesn't appear to see himself as a TD for all of his constituency. He's far more active around Malahide from what I can see. Can't say I've ever heard of him involved in anything on the peninsula.
