My husband and I are hoping to buy our first home next year and have set our sights on Donabate. This forum has been really great in helping to guide our decision! We are aware of the Beresford development and wondered if anyone knows how many phases are remaining? Does anybody know of any other new developments due to come on stream in the next year? We are ideally looking to get a new build so any guidance would be much appreciated
