Building off Hearse Road

Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows what the construction site just off Hearse Rd is for? I am talking about the site just a bit past the petrol station i.e. not the Distributor Road. Is that the new housing development of 500 houses?

Jaysus, surely that access point is not the permanent one? its at a ridiculous section of road after the dip in the road out of Donabate.

now don't you be complaining. we need as much housing as our land can handle. we need to go from a population of 9000 to 175000. We need to have all the social housing that the country needs, right here in Donabate because everyone needs social housing. we dont need any infrastructure to go with it though because we are tucked away on our own little peninsula with one road in and out and it's better for the council to have us out here all on our own not disturbing anyone else*

And there will be no need to increase the transport links or capacity as most of the new occupants wont be working! GENIUS!!
