Ticket Machine not working in Donabate station/leap cards

For the past few days, the machine for tagged on your leap card has not been working on one of the platforms in Donabate. If you haven't been able to tag off using your leap card, you will be charge the fare to Drogheda and not Donabate. If this has happened to you, you should write to customer.care@leapcard.ie to get your 1.90 refund. May not be much but it adds up over the days when this machine is not working !!
