Hi All

Does anyone know what the story is with the new apartments in the Gallery - the fact they are nearing completion but not advertised anywhere online or at the site makes me think that they may have been sold off in a lump to Fingal or similar organization?

Anyone know the low down?

Confirmed by a source in the know,both new Gallery apt blocks have been acquired by a housing organization.Makes you wonder why we bother getting an education,job then signing up with friendly building society for a 30 year life sentence.Wish I could afford a state of the art apartment beside the train station!

There's social housing available in every new estate as well. Don't get an apartment get a nice 4 bed, A energy rated.

There is also a massive one planned for lands around Ballymastone.
