Currently in the process of house hunting and would like to have a solicitor and surveyor lined up. If anybody has any recommendations they'd be much appreciated.

We went for Theresa Ham who is based in Kingsford Solicitors in Portmarnock, very thorough and helpful.

Good luck with finding a good surveyor. Any reports I've seen are mostly a exercise in buck passing.
