I thought it was worth mentioning this here, because its been in since last Feb, but I haven't heard it mentioned before:

Only two objections lodged, but they make very good points, especially Adrian Henchy's.

They are two well written observations. In fairness to Adrian Henchy, he has supported residents in objecting to several developments and his input is well thought out not just input for the sake of being seen to be doing something.
