I've been living in Beverton for ten years and wonder do other residents get frustrated with lack of soundproofing between houses ? Is it normal to hear your neighbors talk, children crying, toilet being used, spinning of washing machine ??? I know a lot say they can hear shower which is fine but to listen to neighbors talking etc kids crying especially early in the mornings can some days be hard going !!!! Kinnane assured me he followed building regulations but I'm not so sure. :(

How old is your house? Are you in one of the original houses or part of the newer houses in Beverton Gardens/Woods/Heights etc?
My own house is fine, don't hear that much and not to the level you describe. I've lived in semi-detached before and so far, my experience has been pretty consistent.
