Poor Service at Waterside

Went to the Waterside yesterday afternoon, I realise it was was busy, but having taken our money up front we had to wait 45 minutes for our meal and then only four of the five ordered turned up, fifth meal only arrived after I complained!!!!
Left a comment on their FB page, which apparently they have to approve before it can be seen by all, has not been approved, there's a surprise!!!!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience during a busy time.
I took my parents there on their 1st visit last week whilst a wedding party was in progress.
They enjoyed it so much, they wanted another visit before going home and enjoyed it just the same.
BTW, we paid for our meals after we ate.
Also, its only fast food or take away restaurants where I pay first.
Personally, I would have written to the manager informing of your experience in expectancy of a discounted meal on my return visit before taking to Social Media.
Just a thought

On a sunny day when it's busy, they often ask for money up front. Apparently they get so many blow-ins eating out on the veranda who just get up and walk off without paying.
