Has thanked: 2 times

The numbers drawn for the lotto on Friday were 06, 18, 31 & 32. The jackpot wasn’t won. The five envelope winners were Claire Cooke, Val Brooks, Claire & Callum, Theresa Curley and Erin Mc Gahan. Next week's jackpot will be €2,800.

As you know the date for the Golf Classic has been set for 29 May in Donabate Golf Club. This year we’re running an exciting new competition. Each team in the Club from U5s to the Senior Panel - across all our codes - is entering a team of 4 golfers. The best team wins a set of jerseys for their chosen squad. The tee times still available are listed in the Clubhouse. You can register by calling Christy on 086 831 6887 or by emailing info@stpatsgaa.com

Elsewhere on the pitch, our adult footballers had wins against St Peregrines in AFL2 and against Ballyboden St Endas in AFL9. Our Ladies team finished off a great footballing week with a win against Clontarf in the Cup.

Well done to St Patrick’s BNS Senior squad who have reached D1 finals and to DPETNS Senior Boys who have reached D4 finals - both in Parnell Park. Continued good luck to St Patrick’s Junior Squad who had another win in the league during the week.

The Club would like to thank all those involved in the massive work done on the Grounds during the week. Pitch 1 is being pole-forked with 150 tons of sand to be laid across it. Pitch 2 has been marked out and the goal posts have been moved in preparation for the flood-lighting. Kudos to Mick, Terry, Paul, Christy, Richie, Paul & everyone involved. Thank you for all the time you put in to make this a better Club for all of us.

Finally, many of you will know Roy Farrell - a longstanding member of the Club - who was heavily involved with the First Team under Manger Adrian Henchy. Roy and his family are dealing with a seriously ill child in Hospital. He is spending all his time in the Hospital and has used all his leave. This has left him in the unfortunate position of not having any income. We are asking all our Members to help Roy and his family through this very difficult period. St Ita's Hospital & St Pats GAA are holding a charity night Friday 08 May in in Keelings. We would appreciate everyone’s support. If you cannot make the night, you might consider visiting http://www.gofundme.com/St-Patricks-GAA to donate.
