Hi everyone,

We are considering making an offer for a property in the estate (Barnewall Dr.), but we don't know the area although it looks nice when we drove there over the weekend  . I would like some advice on the area - burglaries, car thefts, neighbours etc. Thanks a million in advance!

Regards,
Louise

If you are young free and single and hope to score regularly using a range of positions etc, either don't live in Donabate or else be prepared to be paying a lot for taxi's.

For families, great place to live. Some of the best sporting associations I have ever come across. In fact they are so good I think people take them for granted.

If you like volunteering for anything there is a great community spirit.

If you are old and on the way out 85+, might be better to live closer to a real Hospital.

Thank you, appreciate your reply!
We are small family, looking for a quiet and safe place.
