Hello,
DHL have delivered my parcel to the wrong address!!
A person signed for it so as far as they are concerned it is out their hands.
The package ID is 5384790283 http://www.dhl.es/content/es/en/express ... Value=2015
I am living in Beverton so I am guessing this person might also live in Beverton.
If anyone can help me locate it I would appreciate it.

I wouldn't let DHL off the hook that easily. If it was addressed correctly and they delivered it to the incorrect address then it is their problem. Have you verified that it had the correct address?

Yes the shipping address was correct.
I'll get on to DHL again in the morning.
Perhaps the person who signed will realise the error and will contact DHL also.

I've heard of this happening before, and it had been delivered to the right number but, for example, Beverton Meadows instead of Beverton Green.

Though it's down DHL to sort it out, it might be worth knocking into the other Bevertons that have the same numbers as yourselves and asking did they receive it in error.

You need to get onto the business that you bought the product from as your contract is with them. It's their responsibility to contact DHL, otherwise as far as you're concerned the company didn't deliver the product to you

You should go onto DHL tracking and key in your parcel id. This should give you the name of the person who signed for it.

The surname of the person that signed can be found at this address?
