I think parents have a right to complain about inappropiate decorations. Some of them in and around the cafe in DPCC are simply 'gross' type decorations and younger children are afraid of these. This is a fact, plain and simple.
This is a community based centre, built by the community and supported by the community and management should listen to concerns in these matters. Use simpler decorations, appropiate to the younger children, get rid of the gross ones, like brains, severed limbs, heads etc.(use them in your own house!!)
