However, bear in mind, the last phase that contains 250 houses and apartments is still in planning phase and will probably go to An Bord Pleanala.

Noticed a ladder on the little green by the gate. Seems gate lock guy willnot be defeated!

Don't mean to drag up the bad feeling in this thread, but have seen there is work being done on the first walkway between Beverton & Beresford. Not sure, but assuming the remaining 2 will be done once complete.

There's one more remaining around the very back according to the planning but the houses there haven't been built yet.

First 1 is open this morning. There are another 2 to be opened I thought?

No plans for the next two. There is no explicit planning permission for either although if Fingal CC wanted to, could order for them to put in as it is part of LAP objectives to encourage people to walk and for Fingal to provide walkways.

Have heard differently
