Donabate parkrun

Donabate parkrun is a free timed 5k run. It takes place every Saturday morning at 9.30am and starts at the steps of Newbridge House.

This week there are pacers for 23, 25, 27 and 31 minutes, the run is open to all levels of fitness.

Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (when you register you are assigned a barcode), if you forget it, you won't get a time.

This week will be the 10th event so come along and join in the fun.
