What's going on with the 1970s tacky blue buntings dangling from a couple of houses around Donabate. They look a mess. What's it all about?

In my opinion 1970s buntings look tacky and I personally wouldn't dangle them from my home. There is no accounting for taste but each to their own.
Why do you have a suggestion that you'd like to share Mr Stupid?

You're just giving out not offering a solution. This type of attitude is too pervasive in Ireland.

No Mr Stupid I'm not giving out. I don't particularly like buntings but that's just me. Obviously other do and choose to show them off which is their prerogative.

Tacky Buntings. I feel that those lovely words are wasted in this context, they should mean something much more than just bits of coloured material; maybe something Higgs Boson related. I might call my band 'Tacky Bunting'. Its a slow news day.
