Urgent: Dog Found on Portrane Beach (3rd time)

This dog has been picked up yet again in Portrane for the third time in about 6 months. The first time the guy in the local shop knew who owned him, but really need to find exactly where he lives in the Burrow. Can anybody help and send me a PM please.

we were on Portrane beach and this dog befriended us. Seems to be a regular there. We considered bring him/her home as he look neglected and hungry but he went off with other people. Poor thing.

This is Rusty who lives in the Burrow - he is always out and about - and has been brought home several times by different people who have gone out of their way to try and find his owners (including myself). His owner just does not seem to care or bother about him - he says that he keeps slipping his collar!!! He needs to be told by the warden that it just not on to have him wandering and to get him chipped and tagged. Some day he will not come home at all as somebody will just lift him. So many stolen dogs out there who are missed dreadfully by their owners.
