We get plenty of threads with people looking for carpenters, electricians, etc. I think it would be a good idea to put a sticky of useful contacts in the General section.

Post your suggestions below and I'll pull it together.

I'll get the ball rolling with a few guys who have got us out of various holes who I would have no problem recommending on quality or work, punctuality and value for money. (my list of those who don't fall into either category would be extrememly long!! )
