Is anyone in Beverton aware of what's happening with the construction area recently fenced in on the green? The planning permission documents on the fence do not make any sense...re

AF2 for is a construction stage form for health & safety this has to be displayed on all sites.. nothing to do with planning… I see sewer/drainage pipes in the compound maybe there is a drainage issue..

Yeah probably but confusing that the form doesn't say anything about what they are doing in Beverton.

See attached screen-shot of FB post from Cllr. Paul Mulville on the reason why the compound was moved.

Heard from a few people that works are related to pyrite found in 6 to 8 homes in that phase of the estate.

It's linked to Pyrite repair work ongoing in Beverton Way. 9 Houses there. More possible cases.

Hey Folks

Does anyone have more detail about the extent of the pyrite found and the extent of the remedial works? Its odd the sign doesn't mention anything about Beverton Way if they are actively working there.

Thanks!

Hi there,

My partner and I are looking to purchase a home in that estate. Does anyone know many houses have been affected by pyrite.

Thanks Robert
