Hi. I'm hearing some anecdotal complaints around the village about the 33b bus not turning up on time or even not at all. Has anyone else heard these type of complaints about the service ? Does anyone know who's in charge of supervising this route ?
It was mentioned on one of the Councilors Facebook pages a few weeks back. Seemingly the company that run the service are short staffed. They say they are currently training new drivers that takes about 6 weeks so the issues should only be temporary. The problems were buses not turning up as scheduled due to the company having nobody to drive them. I'd say the recent Covid spike didn't help either.
