Hi folks
Considering doing a move within Donabate to cois inbhir! Has anyone living there currently any feedback?
Do the schools make it very difficult to get out the Beaverstown road in the mornings ( are there particular times to avoid)?
Does the Beaverstown road feel safe to walk along?
Any one any ideas on what’s happening in the fields behind rahillion?
Are there ever issues with flooding?
Any information very welcome

I live in Cois Inbhir
It’s a fantastic estate with a very active residents association. We host summer and winter events (non Covid times) and it has a very good neighbourly vibe. No problem with any flooding and feel fine walking the Beaverstown road. On a rainy day there can be some traffic for approx 5-10 minutes when school finishes but nothing that causes any major headaches. I have lived here for 15 years and would 100% recommend it as a place to live

The work behind Rahillion is site reinstatement. This was the builders depot for the estate and there is nothing planned for this land according to the Fingal CoCo website.
