The number of older teenagers hanging around the shop opposite St Patrick’s school has increased dramatically in recent times. The shop owner has said it’s very hard to manage. He has told them once they make their purchase they must move on. Getting through the group can be difficult at times and as no social distance is being observed it’s a worry.

The litter on the green in The Priory is disgraceful at times. Residents do their best to manage this thankfully.

Two days ago on Saturday July 4th at 4.30 in the afternoon about 10 boys about 16-18 years old stood in a circle smoking weed. The ground was covered in litter, one boy I know lives in the estate and maybe more but I only recognized one. When I told them to leave I got a lot of verbal abuse but in fairness they moved on.

What can be done about this?
