I stand to be corrected, but I think that's a different site. ALDI was planned for the site adjacent to the Train Station carpark that notification may be further down the Ave opposite the field they hold the Fete in.

Yeah, you’re right Flatfoot. Intrigued to see what the retail space will end up as. Bit odd to have a single housing unit on the top floor.

Permission for a three storey mixed use development in lieu of the granted 2 storey office development approved under Reg. Ref. F16A/0605. The proposed development provides for 1 no. retail unit at first floor, and 1 no. two bed apartment unit at second floor with associated elevational signage, car parking, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
