The Ice-cream Man

Is it just me, or is anyone else fed-up with the bloody Ice-cream man blaring out that bloody tune for two and a half hours every afternoon?

The 'music' is so laod, you can hear it 4 or 5 estates away. I really do not mind the man making a living, we all have to do that, but it's to shear volume pumping out every afternoon for hours on end the frustrates me.

Does anyone know if there is a bye-law that sets noise control restrictions on this type of activity?

Please let me have your thoughts on this.

Can't say it bothers me as it's usually in the evenings. I work from home a lot and things like house alarms ringing all day drive me bonkers. There always seems to be one.
