However, bear in mind, the last phase that contains 250 houses and apartments is still in planning phase and will probably go to An Bord Pleanala.

There's one more remaining around the very back according to the planning but the houses there haven't been built yet.

No plans for the next two. There is no explicit planning permission for either although if Fingal CC wanted to, could order for them to put in as it is part of LAP objectives to encourage people to walk and for Fingal to provide walkways.RPB81 wrote:First 1 is open this morning.
