The site is the old primary school. The old school building was converted and other units were newly built around it. This happened about 10 years ago, possibly a bit more. The then builder seemed to chose to rent rather than sell the units.

They were then sold as a lot to a new owner about 2 years ago. The tenants were cleared out the units were renovated. Went on the market about a year ago.

Location wise they are good in terms of access to the village and local schools. Seem to be slow to sell from what I can see. Could be related to price.

Can't comment on foundation quality. Certainly haven't heard anything mentioned.
