Thinking of moving to The Gallery

Hi Folks
Just in process of looking to move and the gallery has come up as a potential spot.
Just have a couple of questions and any replies would be much appreciated.
Is there a general problem in getting broadband to Donabate, or am I being misinformed.
Also I see from the previous threads that there has been some anti social behaviour around the station, this is the main reason I'm moving now so would anyone know if this has improved?
