Secondary School option - Belvedere
I'm investigating secondary school options for the coming years and would be interested in finding out if anyone from Donabate already attends / plans to attend Belvedere? Do they get the train or bus to the city centre? Any advice appreciated. Please PM, thanks.
There are students on the morning trains to Belvedere, CUS, Loreto and other schools and on the 33D bus Tyically leaving the peninsula around 7.20/7.30am and back home for 4.20pm (or later depending on afterschool activities) Half day Wednesdays. You will find that there are other students from Skerries, Balbriggan, Rush, Malahide also heading into those schools so always someone to walk up with from the train station. It might seem a bit daunting for a 12/13 yr old but I guarantee you after a few weeks he'll be well into the swing of things!
