*Is anyone missing this cat?*
Found outside Donabate national school. We brought him to the vet where he received treatment for mange. He must have been living rough for a while. But is friendly and uses litter box so must have been a home pet one day.

This looks like a cat we've been feeding since around March when he first turned up at our house in Carrs Mill. He visits us a couple of times a day on most days and often sleeps in our garden for a few hours. He eats like a horse (we've nicknamed him Horace) but he never seems to put on weight. We've also seen him at other houses in the area. He seems to travel quite a bit and we thought he might be a farm cat. We don't think he's been neutered and he's sometimes turned up looking like he's been hunting or scrapping. In the past few weeks he started to look a bit mangey and we were wondering what we could do for him. We haven't seen him for over a week which is a bit unusual but your post might explain that! We only have a couple of pics of him - the first is when he started visiting us and was nice and healthy looking, the second is more recent when he started to look rough. It looks like the same cat.

Yep quite likely the same cat, given your location and where we found him. He's neutered now, that seems to be standard protocol if a cat is classified as stray and is brought to a vet. No microchip either. Do you have any idea if there is anyone who would like him back? He is with us at the moment but we wouldn't be able to have him as indoors pet. So would like to find him a more suitable home.

Unfortunately we have no idea who owns him and he seems to have a fairly big territory so it's hard to pin him down to a particular location. Have you tried the Lost Animals of Donabate Facebook page? https://www.facebook.com/DonabateAnimals/ He's a nice cat and while we're happy to continue to feed him when he calls, we're sadly not able to give him a home.
