Hey happyheart, how's it looking now? I've tried to contact Andy and Deirdre but no luck so far. I may even have to call them at some point but I'm avoiding bad news so for now, no news is good news? Are they still working on site?

they were there today and yesterday , in groups congregating around things, let hope builders are immune to CV19.

Yikes, hope they were at least wearing masks.

Okay, thanks for the update. Fingers crossed we get to move in this year :?

Hi

Have people who bought in Phase 1 been told how long the Coronavirus issues are likely to delay moving in?

No, but I think it will be the unions who make a decision on that more than the builders themselves, so possibly they are waiting for word from them.

Hi

Nothing since they said the site was closed due to the lockdown. I don't think they will even know anything for a couple of weeks.

Just had a look at the Beresford New Houses thread and apparently the building there is on hold for 4 weeks due to coronavirus.

Hi there. I was there this morning and apparently staggers are in there. I'm tiling kitchen & hall in no 9 in next few days 🤞

Once the snagging is done and assuming the water is certified, should be good to go.

Did anyone else check the Eircode? They've put in the first few houses as Donabate, then they all switch to Malahide! I've written to them about it but nothing back yet. Maybe if someone else writes as well, it will help? I don't know if it matters but would be good to have it right... might affect deliveries if they only use the Eircode for directions.

Hey everyone

Getting everything sorted, very exciting!

I was looking into bin companies and I think Panda are already serving the estate, yes? According to the government analysis of bin prices*, there really isn't much difference in companies, so I'm posting to find out if it is Panda there and if so, I hope we can all go with the same company so we only have 1 big truck a week. Where I am now there are 3 or 4 trucks a week for 80 houses, which isn't great for the roads, kids, noise, etc.

Can anyone confirm if it is Panda there already?

Thanks.

I’m interested in buying into the Paddocks, can somebody who has bought in phase 1 please private message me as I have a couple of questions?

Thanks in advance

Hi,
Any feedback on what houses are like after move in? Much of a snag list to deal with? What's the water pressure like?
Best wishes and kind regards.

I purchased as part of phase 2, and I'm just wondering how the roof is built? Are they built with standard A frames, and if so has anyone had theirs built with attic conversion in mind?
