Hi I counted at least 48 trees have been cut down due to the new entrance from the Turvey road.. 18 of those trees were at least 140 years old and showed no sign of disease. I checked the stumps and the remains of the felled trees myself for signs of disease... None found!!! I agree the Final Co.co ...

Simple wire cage will not protect the trees. It's been done very late at night and it's definitely not kids!! The trees are been broken by an adult who appears to have a gruge against society!! I wonder do the cameras record what's happening on the Astro turf or are they just for show?? I'm sure if they were recording that the might have recorded who has been cutting the trees down and also who was trying to burn the Astro turf pitch??

The LED street lights are to cut down on light pollution and power consumption also more efficient in lighting up ground areas and not the sky like the old horrible yellow street lights.. They have been rolling out the LED lights across Europe. EU doing something right for a change.

Over the past two weeks they seem to be using the Beaverstown road as there own race track... I believe they were initially using the motor bike over in the now closed Turvey golf club.. From what I have heard, the four young lads and their biker friend live at the very back of the Barnewall estate....

Yes the guards are called each time the young lads show up on their motor bike.. The response I get from the guards is that there is a car on the way... I have yet to see a garda car show up!!

Just turned the wifi option off on my phone this morning. Can't believe it... 4G signal down the Beaverstown road!!! Just brilliant... getting download speeds of 56mbps and an upload speed of 14mbps. Absolutely brilliant. Meteor signal mast fully upgraded

The 4G did not last unfortunately with Meteor ... But at least it has stable 3G signal which is better than what it was!!

It appears that the have finished doing, what I assume must have been an upgrade of the mast. Right now I have full 4G signal down the Beaverstown road!!! Way to go Meteor

I only found our about Aldi planning to build in Donabate only about three weeks ago!!! I say Supervalu were the ones objecting to the competition!!!. I am in favour of Aldi been in Donabate, after all serious competition is needed to get supervalu to up there game...
