Re: Noise at Top of Beaverstown Road
There’s a blue pole at the hand that is placed in the path intermittently.. could it be drainage works… or similar? Don’t know if there’s a loose or any connection to noise you are describing../underground some sort of drilling/pressure.. remember the water outages there too.. connecting up apartmen...

Re: New Houses - The Paddocks
Hi, Just wondering what everyone thinks of the driveways in phase 2. They have no divides in between (which is very annoying and usual) and are they ok to fit 2 cars?
Should we get together and ask builder to rectify this?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Project Tiles has a nice showroom and does nice tiles and wood flooring.
Hopefully the ESB strike won't effect the moving in dates too much we are looking forward to moving in ourselves. It would be great to get some of the Summer in Donabate

Re: New Houses - The Paddocks
Hi hope everyone is keeping well. It's a pity the builders are not back on site yet. I am just wondering what is the noise like between houses especially the terraced houses? Can neighbours be heard at all? Also just wondering if Siro have been around installing fibre to the home? Thanks in advance 😁

Hi,
Once again thanks for replies very helpful.
I didnt know it could be turned off that's not so bad. If people cant get used to it maybe a switch can be attached and only turn on when using the shower etc.
Thanks again

Re: New Houses - The Paddocks
Hi Ida,
Cheers for that info it's good to know. It's not great if the worktops are staining already.
I'm just wondering in relation to flooring what did the majority of people decide to go with. Tiles or Wood flooring in hall and kitchen or a mixture of both? Any pics??
Thanks in advance
