Hi All-for anyobe who has moved in on the court-can anyone send me a ballpark figure on what they were quoted for flooring....we are being quoted 4.5k for wooden floors on ground floor and carpet upstairs by a friend and I'm thinking it may be a bit on the steep side.Obviously different carpets are ...

We have bought on the court...24-33 side and there are 4 houses sharing the laneway

Guys we were told Oct-Dec initially for our house on the court and still haven't even snagged yet so I wouldn't expect July/August to be realistic for the crescent I'm afraid

Has anybody got any update from Hora for snagging in Beresford Court....we were told we'd be snagging Jan,then early Feb and so on but doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon

Just wondering if anyone has been.calked to choose kitchens etc for the court yet or any update on closing dates?
