We live in the crescent. Our house was delayed by 2 months. Got the keys the day before our mortgage application expired. Most stressful time of our lives. The biggest problem was poor communication from Horas.

The houses are so warm and well insulated that I wouldn't be bothered with a nest installation. Even if you return home and the heating hasn't been on the house is not cold. Save your money for a water softening system!

Just to share our experience to date we were told mid September, that moved to end September and we just got notification that we are snagging October 9th. It's been difficult getting info from Horas and frustrating as we are in temporary accommodation which we are extending on a week by week basis....
