FIltered water Companies

Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone has any recommendations and good experience with filtered water companies for both the installation and the yearly maintenance of the unit?

I am thinking of a reverse osmosis unit as this appears to be the best?

Thanks

Re: New Houses at Beresford

Hi, just wondering what alarm systems people would recommend. I see a lot of people have Usee.ie. Just wondering how people find it and any other recommended companies?

Thanks

Re: Finishing of Roads

The section of the road that has the top layer (Main estate entrance up to the start of the Crescent) is the original Beresford development. The current phase from the Crescent up to the Golf club is a separate planning application, although still part of the Beresford estate. HORA having finished t...

Re: Finishing of Roads

You probably need to speak with Hora, it would be normal not to put the final top layer of tarmac on with deliveries and the use of heavy vehicles. But they can definitely put down temporary markings and signage until the final layer is done.

Re: Tallaght

Not really comparable is it. At the time in the video Tallaght was at 40,000 people. Donabate is around 10,000 now. We have schools, GAA club, 2 soccer teams, a hockey club, community centre with a gym and plenty of new facilities such as all weather pitches. Golf clubs, Newbridge Park, beaches. DAR...

Re: Internet / Broadband

Thanks everyone. Some very good internet speeds there, I think Sky might be the way to go. Eir looks to have a great speed but I have heard that their customer service is horrendous!

I don't have a router so i assume that I can either buy one myself or Sky will provide me with one at a cost?

Thanks

Hi, Just wondering who the best internet provider would be for Somerton estate? Best speed etc. And has the fibre broadband now been installed and available to all the houses?

Re: New Houses at Beresford

Thanks for the update. Yea we have our name down and think it will be early next year before completion. Does anyone have any recommendations for solicitors and what their cost was? I understand that solicitors provide a fixed fee now instead of an hourly rate. A good solicitor would be great so not...

Re: New Houses at Beresford

Thanks for the reply. The build quality does seem to be good. We are looking at the 3 bed C style Terrace houses in the next phase. Anyone have any details on these?

Many thanks

Re: New Houses at Beresford

Hi, I am looking at purchasing a property in Beresford. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the noise transfer is like in the buildings? Can you hear adjoining neighbours or are they pretty soundproof?

Thanks
