Whatever you do, I would suggest that you not engage a small man named Maurice who was going door-to-door in Donabate in late 2014/early 2015. I did. I paid him €600 to replace the upper level fascia, soffits, gutters and downpipes. I will have to get the whole job done again - when I have the money...

Dan Kelly (KPH phone 086 3564525) did some excellent work for me on Friday last. He spent two hours with me, going out twice to get new parts. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Charged me €140 plus vat.
