Re: Beresford Avenue - new phase
That’s absolutely not correct. The houses in the Avenue were running 2-3 months behind the original move in dates provided in summer 2019, pre-Covid. Covid has compounded the delays and prolonged them, but there were certainly delays before Covid - and they will only get worse post-Covid, with the ...

Re: Beresford Avenue - new phase
Hi I moved in last year, we only had a delay of 2 months but found you could easily tell from the site if they were on target or not.
I also know the current houses moving in on the avenue would have been on target had it not been for covid.

Re: Childminder wanted
Hi
I would be looking to drop her off around 8.30-9 while I am working from home. Once my office is back open I would need to drop her off earlier, between 7.15-8.30, it will depend on the day.
Thanks

Re: New Houses at Beresford
Hi all, Happy new year first of all!! Quick question as we just moved into our new house in Beresford Crescent.... I tried to get internet & TV to the house but all companies are saying they don't know the address yet/invalid Eircode. How long does it usually take to get broadband available for...

Re: New Houses at Beresford
Thanks everyone for the replies! Yes the first two bills we’ve had (2 month periods) are approx €200 each so that will work out roughly €1200 for the year. We have been using the auto function on the control panel in the utility room. Are people using the All Day or On? I’ve read the instructions bu...

Re: New Houses at Beresford
Hi all, just trying to figure out if we are using the heating the most efficient way. Can anyone in the 4 beds give a rough estimate of how much they are paying for electricity for the past couple of months?
Thanks in advance!

Re: New Houses at Beresford
Hello, my family are thinking of moving to Beresford. It looks like a lovely estate. Does anyone have any information about the pedestrian walk way from Beresford Court to Beverton? From google maps it looks like the best route for walking to schools and the village. Thanks. Hi, I recently asked th...

Hi there, hopefully moving into Crescent in next few weeks.... any further updates on available internet providers?? Is there Virgin and/or Eir available now? Or is Sky an option as well? Thank you. Re: New Houses at Beresford
We’ve bought in the court. Just to give you an idea of timelines, we signed contracts in March and had an initial move in date of May, which moved to end of June, we snagged today so not too far off our June date.
My advice would be add a couple of months on for your own sanity
