Re: New Houses at Beresford

Hi All

I was wondering if any of you used your BER cert number and MRPN to look up your BER on the SEAI website??
I have tried it on mine and the BER can't be found - queried it with SEAI but have had no response.
Has anyone any knowledge of who the BER assessor was?

Thanks!

Had the same issue yesterday, returned around 7.30 last night.
Best bet is to go to Twitter if you have an account and ask them on a public forum - very quick to respond then.

Re: Wearing of face masks

Putting a condom on after being in an orgy is a very sensible thing to do, obviously more sensible would have been to wear one while partaking in said orgy, but nonetheless, it does prevent further spread of possible STIs. What might be better overall is if you change your behaviour and don't attend...

Re: Wire tag alert

They have some sort of electronic listing in the truck - they weigh every bin (as shown on your account online) so there would need to be some logging of data.

I'd say the black tie wraps were there from the day the bin was delivered.

Re: Wire tag alert

It doesn't mean anything. I have one on my brown bin, it has been there for years. This idea that houses are being targeted for burglary by placing a black tie-wrap on a brown bin is a bit silly really. So someone comes along on the night before bin day, but only every other week when brown bins are...

Hi all, just a quick question. Am I right in thinking that you are not allowed to have Sky TV installed because of the fact that you would need to have a satellite dish and cables on the outside of the house? Most houses have a sky dish, mine is at the front just above the roof line on the gable wa...

Hi everyone - do you know how many more phases are planned for Beresford? We're hoping to buy in Donabate next year and think the current development there looks lovely. Perhaps I was being a bit dramatic, but the Gallery was mothballed for the best part of 10 years, so anything is possible. Anyway, yes I agree with you on the new mix being more appropriate for the village - even better is that the mix will be 'pepper-potted' as opposed to being clustered in larger ...

The development will progress at the rate of 100 per year to allow infrastructural development proceed in tandem. 'All residents in those proposed social houses are going to remain long term unemployed due to the fact that they have been dumped out in Donabate' That's one hell of a sweeping statement!!!!!!! Re: Large Scale Development - Activist Question

The affordable housing I wouldn't mind so much, at least the residents in them will have invested some of their own money into them in the same vein as any other punter buying their own home outright. The social side (while I have no problem in a sensible ratio) is just a box ticking exercise for Fi...
